As senior director for SRS Acquiom’s global M&A Agent services, Andrew is responsible for developing and facilitating transactions for the SRS Acquiom M&A Escrow and Payments Administration products. 

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Andrew served as vice president at Wilmington Trust where he played a key role in developing their M&A agency product offerings and focused on business and product development. Prior to that, Andrew was at Wells Fargo and served as a vice president within their Corporate Trust department focusing on their Corporate Debt and Mergers and Acquisitions products.   

Andrew holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
