Uzo is the Managing Director of Human Resources (HR) at SRS Acquiom. He leads the human capital strategy for the company in partnership with the leadership team.  

Uzo has spent most of his career in HR leadership, with the latter half as a senior leader for global organizations. Uzo was recently the Head of People for a division of the Dura-Line Corporation, where he led the design of HR strategies for employees based in the U.S., Australia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Before that, as a vice president of human resources for Prologis, he led the HR business partner teams in the U.S. and South America. He also served as the first-ever executive responsible for designing Prologis’s global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. 

Uzo is passionate about youth mentorship and education. He has previously served on the board of directors for a high school mentoring program in Seattle, Washington, called Community for Youth. He was also a volunteer mentor for several years. Additionally, he was a founding board member for Empower Community High School in Aurora, Colorado. Uzo is a certified Human Resources professional (SHRM-CP and PHR) and earned his Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. He also holds a B.A. in Human Resources Administration from Hastings College in Nebraska, where he was a Track and Field team member and captain.
