Troy Hebert
Regional Managing Director, New York, Business Development
Troy is the regional managing director of New York, Business Development for SRS Acquiom. Troy works closely with deal parties, outside counsel and investors, providing guidance on SRS Acquiom’s role in handling post-closing issues such as purchase price adjustments, indemnification claims, escrow funds and payments.
Before joining SRS Acquiom, Troy was at THL Credit, a $16 billion credit fund manager, where he served as a Vice President and led an investment in SRS Acquiom. Troy began his career as an analyst at JPMorgan and at Citi in the investment banking and corporate banking divisions. He then spent several years in private equity and private credit investing, investing over $1 billion in middle market companies across the U.S.
Troy enjoys traveling and dining with his wife, weight lifting, and playing golf. He graduated from Arizona State University and the Barrett Honors College majoring in Finance.
