Radha Subramanian is deputy general counsel and executive director for SRS Acquiom, responsible for guiding the organization’s general legal affairs, including risk and compliance matters. Radha previously served as a senior attorney in the M&A Transactional Group of SRS Acquiom, negotiating SRS Acquiom’s engagement and facilitating the closing process in complex M&A transactions.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Radha was an associate in the M&A, Corporate and Securities Law group of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Toronto. She represented public and private companies, financial services firms and private equity funds in domestic and cross-border stock and asset acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, complex securities law and general corporate matters. Radha was recently recognized in the Service Professional category of The M&A Advisor’s 7th Annual 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards.

Radha received a JD from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law, an HBA in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and is a member of the New York Bar and Law Society of Upper Canada.
