Shon is a director and relationship manager for the SRS Acquiom Loan Agency. Her responsibilities include managing a portfolio of loans across various industries , developing a strong client relationships, and onboarding new deals.

With more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Shon’s career spans multiple capacities within structured finance, securities, collateralized loan obligations, and loan agency. Prior to her financial history, she served as a former policy advisor for a Texas State Senator.

Shon earned her J.D. from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and her M.B.A and B.B.A. from Prairie View A&M University in Prairie, Texas. She is a licensed attorney in the state of Texas and committed to serving her community by mentoring young women who are interested in finance and law.
