Lisha John is a loan agency relationship management director at SRS Acquiom. With more than 17 years in the financial services industry, she is responsible for managing her portfolio of loan agency deals and acts as the main point of contact for borrowers, lenders, law firms, and external parties on loan transactions where SRS Acquiom acts as Administrative and Collateral agent.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Lisha was the senior vice president of escrow sales lead at Citibank Private Bank where she worked on closing escrow deals with several large legal firms. Prior to joining Citibank, Lisha worked as a team leader and vice president at GLAS USA where she worked on syndicated deal closings, direct lending loans, as well as on capital market deals and escrows within the Corporate Trust Business. Prior to joining GLAS, Lisha worked at BNY in the Specialty Trust Unit closing insurance trust deals, custody and escrow deals. Prior to that, Lisha worked in the Corporate Finance Unit at BNY administering corporate bond deals for several years.  

Lisha received her M.BA. from Long Island University and her B.A. from St. John’s University in New York.
