Justin is an associate director with the SRS Acquiom Transactional Group. He collaborates with clients and counsel on both the buy-side and sell-side to draft, negotiate and finalize M&A documents, including definitive, escrow, payments, and other various agreements.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Justin was an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in Denver, Colorado where he practiced in a variety of legal fields including personal injury, trust and estates, family law, and business formation/contracts. Prior to that, Justin worked at Promontory Financial Group, an IBM company, as an anti-money laundering analyst.

Justin earned his J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. While attending law school at the University of Denver, Justin’s course work was focused in corporate/commercial law. He has a B.A. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Justin is a member of the Colorado Bar.
