Dan is a Director within Loan Agency U.K. based in London.

Having worked in the loans industry since 2000, he has had multiple roles within the front-, middle-, and back-office functions across several banks. Before stepping away and moving into the independent provider space when he joined GLAS in early 2016 as a Senior Transaction Manager, Dan helped to grow the business and brand, closing and working on a large portfolio of direct lend, project finance, leveraged finance, and restructuring transactions. He was also responsible for successfully establishing the company’s Secondary Loan Trading Settlements desk as an outsource for closing LMA and LSTA trades on behalf of multiple buy-side firms and broker-dealers.

Prior to SRS Acquiom, Dan worked for the Sanne Group (now Apex) in September 2021, heading up their Loan Agency business as a Director in the U.K. He helped steer the business to a significant revenue and portfolio growth and built out successful and effective relationships with the group’s various offshore operational support locations.
