Managing Director, U.S. Western Region / Asia, Business Development
Christa Fancher is the managing director of the Western U.S. and Asia business development for SRS Acquiom. Christa works closely with deal parties, outside counsel, and investors, providing guidance on the company’s role in handling post-closing issues such as purchase price adjustments, indemnification claims, escrow funds and payments. Christa frequently presents on M&A deal term trends, post-closing activity and the SRS Acquiom technology offerings.
Before joining SRS Acquiom, Christa spent four years in the financial printing industry at Merrill Datasite, focused on VDR business development, and ten years in corporate, securities, and M&A legal roles at Hewlett-Packard, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, and Micro Focus.
Christa graduated from Santa Clara University. She holds her FINRA Series 6 and Series 63. Christa is a Northern California native, and she enjoys boating on the San Francisco Bay with friends and family, hiking, playing tennis, and fabulous food.
