Bruce is a London-based Institutional Client Relations Director for SRS Acquiom. He works with selling securityholders to resolve post-closing claims for indemnification, earnout and milestone issues, third-party litigation, and other matters that arise after the acquisition has closed.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Bruce worked on M&A transactions in house at two FTSE-listed companies. His time prior to that was spent in investment banking in New York and London. And previous to finance, he was an officer in the British Army working as a qualified lawyer focused on military law and international humanitarian law. 

Bruce has a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University and Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Leeds. During his Bachelor of Arts in Arabic studies, he excelled in Arabic literature courses.
